Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Mohammad Raza (legal name: HUSSAM MUHAMMAD) for the Raabta mobile app and the website at getraabta.com. Raabta is a matrimonial service for adults seeking marriage. By creating an account or using Raabta, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Who may use Raabta

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. Raabta is not for children. You may keep only one account, and the information you add must be about you and must be true.

2. Your account

You sign in with your phone number. We send a code on WhatsApp. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to that phone number. Tell us if you believe someone else is using your account.

3. How matching works

Raabta shows profiles so people can decide whether to connect. We do not guarantee a match, a meeting, or a marriage. You choose who to contact. Share your phone number only when you want to.

4. What you may not do

• Use Raabta if you are under 18, or contact a minor
• Impersonate someone, or post false or misleading profile details
• Harass, threaten, scam, or send sexual content without consent
• Ask for money, or use the app for advertising or recruiting
• Upload someone else’s photos or private information without permission
• Scrape, copy, or interfere with the service or other people’s accounts

We may remove content, limit features, or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

5. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid plan. The price and what the plan includes are shown in the app before you pay. Payment is charged by Google Play or Apple, not by Raabta. A plan renews until you cancel it in your store account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Free trials, if offered, follow the terms shown at purchase.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You give us permission to host and show that content so the service can operate, including showing it to other members according to your privacy settings. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It is part of these terms.

8. Service changes

We may change, pause, or stop parts of Raabta. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using Raabta after the update, the new terms apply.

9. Liability

Raabta is provided as available. We are not responsible for the conduct of other members, or for decisions you make after you meet someone. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the laws of your country, including consumer protection laws that apply to you in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
