Raabta
Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Raabta is a matrimonial app for adults. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Anyone under 18 may not use Raabta.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE / CSAM
You may not use Raabta to:
- Create, upload, share, or solicit CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
- Groom, exploit, or attempt to contact minors
- Misrepresent your age or create a profile for anyone under 18
- Share links or instructions that facilitate CSAE
Violations can lead to immediate account suspension or permanent ban, removal of content, and reports to law enforcement or relevant authorities (including NCMEC or your regional equivalent) where required by law.
2. Age requirement
Raabta is for users 18 years of age or older only. Profiles and matches are for marriage among adults. We may remove accounts that appear to belong to minors or that involve minors.
3. How to report
In the app:
- Open the person’s profile (or chat).
- Use Report / Report or block.
- Choose a reason and submit. We hide them from your Explore and review the report.
By email: safety@getraabta.com — include the phone number on the account (if known), profile name, and what you saw. For emergencies involving imminent harm, contact local emergency services first.
4. How we address CSAM
- Review reports of illegal or abusive content
- Remove CSAM and related accounts when we have actual knowledge
- Preserve evidence as required for legal process
- Report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authority under applicable law
5. Compliance
We aim to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the places where Raabta is offered, including processes to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.
